Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the jillyannevelynhd.com website (the "Service") operated by JillyAnn Evelyn HD ("I," "me," or "my").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Services Provided

JillyAnn Evelyn HD provides services related to Cosmic Human Design, including but not limited to:

• Personalized Cosmic Human Design readings.

• Digital products such as e-books and guides.

• Educational content and blog posts.

• Affiliate links to third-party services (e.g., Genetic Matrix).

All services are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, psychological, legal, financial).

2. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, and payment information.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Payhip). I do not directly collect or store your sensitive payment information. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.

• Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information you provide in connection with a Purchase is accurate, complete, and current.

Refunds: All sales of digital products (e-books, guides) are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless otherwise stated.

• For personalized readings:

• Cancellation by Client:

• If you cancel 5 days or more before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel 12 hours or less before the scheduled session, the payment is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling by Client:
• You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
• You are permitted to reschedule a session a maximum of two (2) times. If a session is rescheduled more than twice, or if you fail to show up for a rescheduled session, the payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• No-Show Policy:

• If you do not show up for your scheduled reading without prior communication, the full payment is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling by JillyAnn Evelyn HD: In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will offer you the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at your convenience.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JillyAnn Evelyn HD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. My trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JillyAnn Evelyn HD.

• Content Use: All content provided on this website, including text, graphics, images, and information, is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce, or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Service content, in whole or in part, without my prior written consent.

JillyAnn Evelyn HD does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
