Biologically, the Heart Center is directly associated with the heart, thymus gland stomach, and gallbladder.

The primary not-self trap is the incessant need to prove your worth. This manifests as making promises you can't consistently keep, pushing yourself to compete or achieve beyond your sustainable energy, and constantly trying to 'show' how valuable, successful, or capable you are, often through material possessions or outward displays.

 

This leads to burnout, low self-esteem, and a feeling of never being 'enough' because the inherent drive for consistent proving isn't authentic to your design.

While possessing consistent willpower, the defined Heart's not-self can manifest as intellectual arrogance, a rigid adherence to their own opinions, or an inability to truly listen to or consider other perspectives.
